Job Description :
- Conduct pre-receiving inspection before handover process from transporter to HMSI to ensure part quality and accuracy.
- Separates overseas part, release original label, and put the new prepared label so all incoming spareparts labelled in indonesia.
- Store goods by adhering to predetermined space allocation in order to get the parts in place, organized, safe, and ensuring rapid access when needed.
- Follow up delivery order by executing the activities of picking, packaging, and pre-shipment inspection in a timely basis to ensure the readiness of the goods to be delivered in a timely manner for further shipment processing.
- Keeping the record of goods movement by input the data of received goods and release the data of delivered goods from computer application in order to ensure proper records that supports the tracking needs
Job Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least, Senior High School (With 3 years of working experience in related field),Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major.
- Required Skill(s): Intermediate Level for Ms.Powerpoint, Ms.Excel,
- Able to read and use catalog part.
- Preferably Staff/Coordinator specialized in inventory control
- Good Attitude, Honest and Hard Work
- Can work with team or individual
- Willing to be Place in Palembang Area
