Job Description
- Strategically plan, co-ordinate and manage all project materials including inbound and outbound and assure their availability.
- Plan and develop SOP to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of warehouse and inventory management.
- Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
- Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration.
- Prepare and submit project budget estimates
- Supervise operation and technology team to fulfill their responsibilities, evaluate performance
- Project operational control
- Perform ISO and GMS
- Milkrun trucking control
- Operation safety & equipment condition
- Deal with customer complain, follow up and report
- Review reports from underling units
- Deal with field operational issues and make improvement plan
- Organize internal & internal regular meetings, summarize problem and solutions
- Other assignments given by the management
Qualification
- Education background : Bachelor degree or above.(Logistics engineering , Vehicle engineering, Mechanical engineering majors is a PLUS)
- Language competence : Good skills for English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Technical ability :Good knowledge with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) & Autocad
- Work experience: At least 5-year operational and inventory experience in a similar role within the auto parts companies
- Experience in operation or Logistics is a PLUS.
- Personal Character: Diligent, conscientious, good communication and independent problem solving skills, Good Team work ability.
