Engineering Deputy Manager

Qualifications & Experience :

1. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering / Master's Degree (S2) in Engineering.
2. Maximum Age: 40 - 45 Years 
3. Gender: Male 
4. Minimum Experience: S1 (11 Years) in the Field and S2 (5 Years) in the Field. 
5. Understanding project management and project implementation.
6. Minimum Skills: 

• Proficient in drawing.
• Proficient in using design and calculation software applications.
• Able to communicate effectively at various levels.
• Leadership skills.
• Mastery of leadership management.
• Capable of conducting value/material engineering on a large scale.
• Proficient in construction planning/conceptual design.
• Able to motivate and develop human resources.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

1. Oversee, supervise, and evaluate all subordinates both technically and non-technically.
2. Coordinate the implementation of design planning with engineers and/or drafters.
3. Create a schedule for the completion of design planning.
4. Follow up on the preparation of approved design planning by the customer, turning it into execution drawings.
5. Review the results of job drawings, bills of material, technical calculations submitted by engineers and/or drafters.
6. Examine and approve timesheets, monthly reports of engineering staff, and other matters related to the engineering department.
7. Evaluate the performance of the engineering department and propose improvement steps to management.
8. Execute other tasks assigned by superiors in accordance with the scope and responsibilities.
9. Conduct all activities in accordance with the MK3L Management System based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015.
