Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering / Master's Degree (S2) in Engineering.
- Maximum Age: 40 - 45 Years
- Gender: Male
- Minimum Experience: S1 (11 Years) in the Field and S2 (5 Years) in the Field.
- Understanding project management and project implementation.
- Minimum Skills:
- Proficient in drawing.
- Proficient in using design and calculation software applications.
- Able to communicate effectively at various levels.
- Leadership skills.
- Mastery of leadership management.
- Capable of conducting value/material engineering on a large scale.
- Proficient in construction planning/conceptual design.
- Able to motivate and develop human resources.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Oversee, supervise, and evaluate all subordinates both technically and non-technically.
- Coordinate the implementation of design planning with engineers and/or drafters.
- Create a schedule for the completion of design planning.
- Follow up on the preparation of approved design planning by the customer, turning it into execution drawings.
- Review the results of job drawings, bills of material, technical calculations submitted by engineers and/or drafters.
- Examine and approve timesheets, monthly reports of engineering staff, and other matters related to the engineering department.
- Evaluate the performance of the engineering department and propose improvement steps to management.
- Execute other tasks assigned by superiors in accordance with the scope and responsibilities.
- Conduct all activities in accordance with the MK3L Management System based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015.
