Digital Marketing Manager

Role Description : This is a full-time role in Tangerang Selatan for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Digital Marketing campaigns that promote Sigma Research's brand, products, and services. The Digital Marketing Manager will also develop and execute social media strategies, monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Digital Marketing efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience.

Job Description: 

• Plan, execute, and manage all Digital Marketing, including website, landing page, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. 
• Establish and execute a Digital Marketing strategy to distribute content
• Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, design graphics to maintain digital presence. 
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
• Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it's performing 

Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing 
• In-depth knowledge of current digital trends 
• Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 
• Experience in creating and implementing Digital Marketing campaigns, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use web analytic tools to measure the effectiveness of Digital Marketing campaigns 
• Experience with website management, content creation, and development of sales collateral 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals 
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies that drive customer engagement 
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
• Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
