Job Description:
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including database marketing, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
- Manage our social media marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that impact our website traffic, service quotas and target audience.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Prepare accurate reports on the overall performance of our marketing campaigns.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

Requirements:- Minimum S1 education in marketing, communication or relevant field.
- 5 years of experience working in digital marketing.
- Ability to work in a team or individually.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, paid advertising, database marketing, email, social media and/or display media, and search advertising campaigns inhouse.
- Experience in the services sector is preferred.
- Creative and detailed.
- Have good communication skills.
- Able to work on multiple projects in close proximity or simultaneously.
