PT MIS is developing an application of medical records and management of physician practice which will later become the standard of medical practice in Indonesia.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta for a Digital Marketing Staff at DoctorTool (PT Medifa Infoyasa Suryantara). The Digital Marketing Staff will be responsible for developing and executing Digital Marketing campaigns across various platforms to promote DoctorTool products and services. The ideal candidate is a data-driven individual with a creative mindset and has a passion for marketing and technology.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee Digital Marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on key performance indicators.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, segmenting the audience, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Monitor and manage social media channels, creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking key metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in marketing communication strategies. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and partners to secure media coverage and collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and sales, to ensure marketing communication efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns using relevant metrics and tools, and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field
- Proficient in Digital Marketing platforms including social media, Google AdWords, Meta, etc
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM Principles is a plus
- Knowledgeable in email marketing and marketing automation tools
- Experience in crafting marketing strategies and creating campaigns that can drive conversion and customer engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Analytical mindset and able to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and a strong sense of innovation
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
