Uraian Tugas

Job Descriptions

Sales Operations :

  • Create and implement sales strategy aligning with the direction of the Sales & Marketing Manager through offline and online channel
  • Develop marketing collateral (in collaboration with Marketing Section Head)
  • Coordinate with BINUS contact center to offer GreatNusa courses to B2B and B2C
  • Develop bundled programs of GreatNusa (i.e. courses with LMS, certified courses, cross-discipline courses package)
  • Develop relationship with various stakeholders to increase users, sales & networks
  • Create non-conventional strategies to increase user and its conversion to paid-users
  • Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in developing policy and procedures for the department
  • Open booth when needed
  • Maintain sales ratio of current user
  • Explore new opportunities in achieving target
  • Enhance awareness and keep up to date with market trends
  • Advise on new channels and innovative approaches to adapt with changes
  • Analyze the effective sales & marketing channel (in Collaboration with Marketing Section Head)
  • Analyze and monitor users’ and learners’ behavior to evaluate the marketing program
  • Monitor cash in is accurate with sales data (in coordination with Operations Section Head)

Sales Administration :

  • Assist agreement development & signing for B2B dealing (in the relation of finding learner intake)
  • Ensure sales & marketing script is well implemented by contact center as the relevant responder to promptly respond the inquiries from the audience (directly received from the website or as referrals from members of staff)
  • Monitor CRM
  • Coordinate with Operations team regarding payment from paid-users
  • Produce monthly reports and evaluate sales strategy. Suggest required recommendations for improvements
  • Collate and report on performance statistics for all sales activity (monthly)
  • Provide good sales documentation

Management Support Activities :

  • Provide Report to direct Supervisor
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Job Requirements

Education Requirement :

Minimum Bachelor Degree

Work Exposure / Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience

Special Skills :

  • Digital Marketing
  • Ms. Excel intermediate level
