RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Responsible for articulating the channel strategy and executing on the annual operating plan for Indonesia
- Review channel enhancement and rollout to ensure best-in-class services to target clients
- Manage channel releases and commercialization via reviewing of functional specification, support and participation in testing and conduct training
- Manage channel utilization (e-ratio), penetration and reduce dormancy, drive adoption for Cash , Trade, FM, API, Digital Engagement, Digital Onboarding & Digital Servicing
- Work closely with Group and Regional Channel Management Team to develop an overall Channel road map and manage all aspects of channel related activities
- Lead to drive implementations across API, DLT and TPP
- Co-ordinate with the Group Channels, Product, CUI and Implementation to deliver the digital solutions for clients
- Monitor the market trend and make recommendations to group / regional teams in order to keep abreast of the client needs
- Interpret and align with regulatory requirements for electronic channels, closely work with Compliance and Technology in terms of internet security, sanction check and prevention of money laundering
- Share department targets with Product Heads in terms of KPI, utilisation push and reduce dormancy rate
- Ensure proper check and balance in place according to laid down departmental operation instruction (DOI) when applicable, Control Sample Testing (CST) plans to minimize operational risk
- Ensure adherence to Product Governance and Operational Risk Framework and all relevant policies and procedures
- Capture competitor intelligence and regulatory information and use it to develop or reinforce our competitive edge
Governance
- Ensure Country compliance on Group standard for Audit, Control and financial reporting
- Maintain the channel product programmes and CGF / CA database as per product governance guideline
- Act as a liaison with the local risk committees

- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.

Lead the Digital Platforms team in Indonesia to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles : Fair Outcomes for Clients;
Financial Crime Prevention; The Right Environment.
Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Post-secondary technical or business degree / MBA is a strong asset.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of Transaction Banking experience in technical integration / IT organization
- Previous project, product management and / or implementation experience.
- Working or technical knowledge of SAP Payable modules, treasury management systems, SWIFT, Industry file formats like XML, FileAct etc
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques like Tableau would be an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle, SAP
- Comprehensive solution-oriented thinker when dealing with clients, team members, internal functional departments and upper management.
- Result driven and able to multi-task effectively while able to work under pressure
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders for driving the initiative.
- Ability to demonstrable domain knowledge of current industry and mobile commerce and payment ecosystem trends.
- Experience in a position of broad collaboration, influence and communication in a large organization.
- Excellent teamwork skills preferably with experience of working in teams spread across boundaries.
