Responsibilities
- Daily responsibility in sales 360 degrees, selection of personnel, involved in team and career development.
- Manage commercial risk, by handling relevant features of regional and local laws.
- Make sure all activities in line with the company's rules and terms.
- Serve company business plans for relevant parts thru clear targets.
- Actively grow customer base and develop market share.
- In charge of margin contribution and sales expenses, including periodical and continued sales budgeting & reporting.
- Build structure and professionalize sales and operations.
- Report to Country Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, any major
- Over 15 years’ experience in the Aqua Feed industry
- Good written/oral English with excellent interpersonal skill
- Posses good Entrepreneurial skills
- Ability to build and grow the team
- Excellent Market knowledge
- Excellent Customer behavior
- Advanced Sales & Management skill
