Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in fields related to Agronomy, Agriculture or similar.
- Experience in sales and marketing of Agronomy, Drones, IT, and Agriculture 4.0 solutions, minimum of 3-years.
- Strong technical background and deep knowledge about our products, in order to be able to design drone solutions technical and commercial offers for a wide range of potential customers in forestry, agriculture, sugar, and Government institutions.
- Good social skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Good experience and existing customer base in B2C, B2B and B2G channels in the Forestry and Agriculture sectors.
Job Description:
- Systematically approach new sales leads, finding new leads through independent market research, professional networks & associations, canvassing/telephone, participation in events/expos, and other activities.
- Achieve and exceed weekly Sales KPIs, including new customer meetings, account management, weekly sales reporting, and others.
- Achieve Annual Sales Targets, key emphasis on working with channel partners (Resellers, Partners, Distributors) to sell efficiently, and provide full spraying drone solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with partner companies and authorized resellers to develop sales and marketing strategies for specific agriculture solutions, to specific target markets.
- Able to communicate professionally in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbally and in writing.
- Able to travel to customer locations around Indonesia outside the city, and internationally as needed.
- Solutions architect, designing drone-based Agriculture and Spraying Drone systems with visual flowcharts and system design documentation to clearly explain a technology solution to customers, frequently including the integration of third-party products provided by partner distributor and system integrator companies.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, explaining drone products or services to customers. Conduct demonstrations in the field, together with the Operations Team.
- Work effectively with colleagues and internal Operations Team to support sales and pre-sales, understanding customer requirements and working with our team internally to provide solutions and customer support.
- Stay sharply updated on spraying and agriculture drone, maintaining high awareness of new products, industry and market developments.
