Qualifications:
- Degree in any major from reputable university with excellent GPA.
- At least three (3) years of experience in document control for multidisciplinary construction projects.
- Hands-on in operating Microsoft Office software and corresponding via email.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in working for a team of engineers and architects from different stakeholders in project settings.
Job Description:
- Report to Head of Design.
- Develop a reliable and concise archiving system as well as maintain all project documents in any relevant format.
- Conduct correspondence with external parties/stakeholders related to the assigned projects.
- Coordinate with counterparts from other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
