- Responsible on daily routine order print out and sales order processing.
- Work closely with other team member (i.e. warehouse team member) for excellent daily routine sales order processing procedure (picking & packing, sales order verification, logistic 3PL (third party logistic), after-delivery service quality tracking)
- Work closely with other team member (i.e. warehouse & finance) for handling any credit notes (CN), goods returned or related issues. These includes create the credit note for returned / cancelled order from any online marketplaces.
- Daily routine key in and update the stocks in all the web shops and online marketplaces.
- Weekly schedule product stock forecast and planning for replenishment in all the web shops and online marketplaces to ensure the product availability on sell.
- Handle all invoicing and shipping documentation.
- Make weekly and monthly sales reports based on sales in the marketplace.
- Support on customer service (i.e. phone calls and live chat) to close sales.
- Outbound customer service to generate ecommerce sales.
- Manage and develop official store in the marketplace.

Qualification Requirement
· Good communication in English and Bahasa
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team
· Previous working experience in e-commerce related environment is a plus
