The e-commerce manager is in charge of planning and identifying the creation of awareness around our products and the overall brand performance on all of our e-commerce platforms. In this capacity, he/she leads a team to provide support, especially in communication, design, as well as the visualization and sales of our brand via digital channels (e-commerce). Analyzing activities and using data to create business intelligence is part of determining the most efficient activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a brand strategy based on the consumer market and technical insights.
- Execute and manage campaigns to build followers, enhance visibility, and drive engagement.
- Conduct analysis to assess the performance of store operations.
- Build strong alliances with third-party vendors and partners.
- Create and manage scoping documentation, program schedules, and project checklists.
- Optimize content for search and outreach opportunities on the e-commerce platform.
- Lead the B2C e-commerce growth team to drive top-line growth rapidly and profitably.
- Define a customer-centric e-commerce strategy to pricing, assortment, merchandising, availability, promotional campaigns, and customer experience
- Collaborate closely within a cross-functional internal and external team
- Manage promotional budget, people budget, and other expenditures to achieve OKRs and KPIs effectively and efficiently
- Conduct appropriate market research, including competitor analysis, demographic and economic reviews, and examination of marketing trends
- Review and analyze market information to identify competitor tactics, market trends, and challenges
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with partner organizations and affiliates
Qualifications:
- Relevant exposure at the managerial level in the same field, preferably from the FMCG industry.
- High resilience, agility, energy, smart communication, and high drive for great results.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing functions and marketing strategies at the country level. Plan, monitor, implement, and evaluate all marketing initiatives.
- Understand the Indonesian landscape, consumer insights, strategic map, and market competitive analysis from multiple sources.
- Familiarize yourself with E-Comm business to drive sales, quality traffic, marketplace placement, and managing flagship stores on the right strategy map.
- Manage analytics, providing stakeholders with in-depth analysis of potential new business opportunities.
- Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with the ability to handle numerous projects with competing deadlines and priorities
