E-Commerce Senior Manager

PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Retail) / Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir) is looking for E-Commerce Senior Manager (GM) with qualifications and job details as below. This position is full-time and located in Pasar Rebo, Ciracas, Jakarta Timur.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years in Retail or relevant industry.
• Proven success experience in managing online retail business via various channels such as marketplace, mobile app, and website.
• Experience to manage fulfillment (planning, process and strategy).
• Strong passion for web, mobile, technologies to create an exceptional customer experience.
• Effective interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work and grow in a complex and multicultural environment.
• Strong design thinking, to break down complex problems into measurable and executable action plans.
• Service and result oriented.
• Fluent in English with professional proficiency.
