Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal stock levels and curate product assortments for various marketplaces, ensuring inventory accuracy and preventing stock-related issues.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with Relationship Managers across all marketplaces, fostering collaboration and resolving partnership issues efficiently.
- Execute a visually compelling plan for our online shop, managing main and slider banners to align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall visual appeal.
- Develop and oversee detailed campaign schedules, including Flash Sales and Double Date Campaigns, collaborating with marketing teams for effective execution and monitoring campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize the overall customer experience on e-commerce platforms by analyzing feedback, implementing improvements, and ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping journey.
- Encourage and supervise any collaborations between sellers and creators.
- Handling Affiliate Shopee, TikTok and also Racun Instagram
- Conduct Live Shopping once a month
