Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and continually improving the e-Commerce strategy to drive growth across digital platforms
- Constant development and improvement of ecommerce aesthetic and program to ensure maximal customer engagement;
- Optimizing customer journey and improving conversion rates
- Ecommerce developments and performance monthly report
- Manage and maintain the product launch across the ecommerce platforms
- Driving ecommerce sales performance
- Ability to understand customer journeys and identify opportunities to increase site performance, growing not just sales but increasing profit
- Analyze e-commerce platform data and sales trends, and provide data reports and insights to guide business decisions and optimize e-commerce operations strategies.
- Lead initiatives in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising to increase online visibility and customer acquisition, with a focus on data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years experience and skills in e-commerce platform operations (such as: Shopee, Lazada and Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc).
- Familiar with e-commerce operation tools and platform functions, and have the ability to create new accounts, manage and operate online stores independently.
- Have good product management and data analysis skills, able to understand sales data and trends, and make appropriate adjustments and optimizations according to market needs.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processing of orders and Client Servers.
- Have innovative thinking and problem solving skills, and be able to propose and implement strategies and measures to improve e-commerce operations.
