SUMMARY POSITION :
We're looking for a dynamic and skilled team player to join the Boardriders eCommerce team as the eCom Web Designer. You will have the opportunity to work with teams across the world to create online content and design graphic with best practices while maintaining brand consistency across various channels.
KEY MEASURABLES :
· Create and maintain channel design materials and digital marketing content
· Collaborate with Product, Digital Marketing Business Teams, and relevant stakeholders to complete task in expected timeframe
· Work closely with all teams for alignment on design quality, review timeline, and receiving assets
· Quality assurance for all online content and graphics, ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand guidelines
· Accurate, on time publishes of the website weekly or during new collections, campaigns requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Conceptualising and editing visuals based on requirements
· Creating/editing images and layouts by design software
· Proven graphic designing and HTML editing experience
· Testing graphics across various media/channels to keep with industry best practices and brand guidelines
· Support ecommerce team by coordinating content across the websites and channels
· Manage and maintain the websites including new configuring and publishing new content
· Manage site activities such as working with online products, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.
· Participate in creative ideation and strategy, assisting with other online projects as needed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION :
- Minimum two years experience in web design
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and/or other similar tools)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript
- Understanding of mobile and responsive design
- Good English communication and time management capabilities
- Strong design sense, a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- High professional responsibility and growth mindset
- A desire for and willingness to accept feedback
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritise own work
