Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing and Web Design Specialist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role. Located in Kuta, with the opportunity for flexible remote work, this position is perfect for an individual passionate about Digital Marketing and Web Design. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media marketing, Digital Marketing campaigns, web analytics, and online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to enhance our brand's online presence.

- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.

- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our website, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Analyze web traffic and online marketing campaigns to inform future strategies.

- Collaborate with the team to create innovative marketing solutions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, Digital Marketing, and Web Design.

- Strong understanding of web analytics and online marketing tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in Web Design and development technologies.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry will be considered an advantage.

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Web Design, or a related field is a plus.
