Employee & Development Supervisor

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field

2. At least 2 years of experience in training and development, human resources, organizational development, or a related field.

3. Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.

4. Experience in supervising or managing a team, preferably in a training or HR capacity.

5. Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.

6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

8. Proficiency in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.

9. Analytical skills to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.

10. Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and emerging trends in employee development.

11. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in training and development, including compliance training requirements.
