Responsibilities :
- Assist in all aspects of MCM Group's Employer Branding activities, including the MCM website, MCM social media presence, Employer Branding events, and building networks with communities.
- Assist in develop and produce fresh and engaging content for the company's website and social media platforms.
- Assist in develop and execute social media strategies aimed at increasing social media following (Instagram and LinkedIn Career Page) and driving traffic to the company's website.
- Assist in content strategy planning process, create and edit videos, publish content, monitor engagement levels and evaluate the effectiveness of the content.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for brand awareness.
Requirements :
- Final Year or Fresh-graduates majoring in Graphic Design, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, or any related fields.
- Prior experience using social media to promote Employer Branding or related projects will be considered an advantage.
- Proficient in using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent time management skills and a passion for creativity.
