Engineer On-Site (Cisco Aci)

Responsibilities:

• L1 Engineer for Onsite (Jakarta)
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance visits
• Monitoring the DC-DRC Leaf Switch Infrastructure Network system
• Make corrections according to the direction of the technical leader & Service Manager
• Work shifting 24 x 7 in a team
• Maintain SLA performance according to support commitments in Sisindokom's maintenance contracts with end-customers
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding activities/work to the Service Manager
• Make a work report at each Corrective Maintenance visit which is approved by the PIC Customer
• Coordinate with PIC Customer regarding activity plans or other information from the head office
• Assist with activities assigned by the head office (for example delivery of spare parts, processing report documents, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Experience for Support and maintenance IT Network and Datacenter for minimum 1 years 
• Have a good knowledge for fundamental networking areas. OSI Model, TCP IP, Switching & Routing
• Good teamwork, good communication & presentation, good in analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Cisco ACI Multipod, & Multisite will be an advantage.
• Preferred certified: CCNA or CCNP DC is a plus
