Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Engineering Design Manager to spearhead our client's cable manufacturing innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical product development team, setting a clear vision and goals for product innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. A master's degree would be an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product development, preferably within the cable manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical and engineering knowledge related to cable manufacturing processes and materials.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead a team of product development professionals.
• Proficiency in technology, materials, and industry standards.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
