Job description:
• Control, supervise, evaluate physical condition of facilities and equipment as standards
• Responsible for performance of Technician team and engineering operation
• Conduct preventive maintenance for all spare part, tools, equipment, and company asset
• Monitor and review all engineering process, tools, and documentations to ensure these operate effectively and appropriate
• Review the engineering process and cost implications
• Ensure integration of department goals in company plan
• Manage and responsible for engineering budget
• Address potential area of concern and proposing solution in proactive manner
• Ensuring equipment license and permit are current
Requirements:
• Experience in F&B, hotels, hospitality industry appreciated
• Min. 3 years experiences in Engineering Division as Supervisor/ Assistant Manager, ideally
Manager position
• Familiar with F&B equipment
• Mastering MEP system (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
