Qualifications:

• Education: A minimum of an S1 degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in PPIC in furniture Industry.
• Attributes:
  • English in reading and writing is a must!
  • Proactive and hardworking.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Skilled at identifying and analyzing problems.
  • Understanding of production planning, inventory management, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:

As a PPIC staff member, your responsibilities would include:

1. Developing efficient schedules based on customer demand, production capacity, and raw material availability.
2. Ensuring sufficient resources to meet production targets on time.
3. Monitoring operations according to the plan.
4. Identifying and addressing issues during the production process.
5. Ensuring production processes adhere to established standards.
6. Managing work in progress, finished product inventory.
7. Calculating inventory needs based on demand, production cycles, and relevant policies.
8. Coordinating with relevant divisions to ensure production planning.
9. Generating reports on production performance, target compliance, operational efficiency, and factors affecting production quality and quantity.
10. Communicate with internal and external customers/suppliers.
