About the Department

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Memastikan outstanding kredit tercapai sesuai dengan target yang diberikan
• Memonitor agar tidak ada cerukan / overdraft setiap akhir bulan agar Kolektibilitas debitur dapat selalu Lancar
• Menjaga hubungan selalu terbina baik dengan debitur
• Memonitor fasilitas kredit/portfolio debitur .
• Memonitor perkembangan bisnis nasabah dan identifikasi secara dini terhadap potensi permasalahan yang akan timbul
• Mengumpulakan referensi/informasi pasar dan melakukan Up Date data nasabah untuk mencapai cross selling yang efektif
• Melakukan seluruh aktivitas sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku termasuk peraturan BI, Kebijakan dan prosedur yang berlaku
• Menandatangani surat atau tanggapan bersama Commercial Banking Manager kepada pihak internal /eksternal dibawah wewenangnya
• Melakukan kunjungan/pertemuan dengan debitur maupun calon debitur untuk mengetahui kondisi usaha debitur/calon debitur serta menjaga agar- hubungan baik tetap terjalin
• Mengumpulkan data/informasi dari debitur/calon debitur, melakukan analisa dan menyusun call report sebagai bagian dari proposal kredit.
• Melakukan diskusi dengan debitur/calon debitur serta Head dalam menentukan jumlah dan struktur fasilitas kredit sebelum mengajukan proposal kredit.
• Jika diperlukan mempersiapkan executive summary dari proposal kredit untuk di bahas di Pre Committee Credit Meeting.
• Memastikan bahwa review tahunan atas fasilitas kredit dilakukan tepat waktu.
• Bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan Proses CDD ( Customer Due Diligence) terhadap nasabah yang dikelolanya (termasuk di dalamnya nasabah Custody), telah dilakukan dengan baik sesuai dengan Kebijakan dan Pedoman APU-PPT yang berlaku

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience

• Minimum S1 degree
• Male/Female
• Grade Manager
• Good communication skills
• Have a good sales skill and network
• Proficient in English
