Ethics and Integrity

Job Description:

• Identify Ethics & Integrity risks and vulnerability in systems and procedures
• Promote awareness amongst stakeholders on company values, standards, policies and procedures in ethics
• Conduct preliminary investigations into reported cases of unethical behavior and recommend appropriate action
• Develop and drive the Ethics and Integrity strategy as part of the Risk Management and Compliance strategic direction into the different business through education and training
• Monitor and verify our investigation and anti-corruption processes are align with our policy and rules to ensure our intended level of Code of Conduct is met
• Secure a consistent and ethical approach to investigations across all businesses
• Raise a concern line investigations are appropriately handled
• Act as a gatekeeper and uphold all Ethics and Integrity related policies including but not limited to conflict of interest, employee negligence, and confidentiality guidelines
• Familiar with policy clauses and able to apply the principles to individual cases encountered in the role
• Manage and coordinate investigations of misconduct related to the Ethics and Integrity policies from the beginning of the case up to conclusion
• Liaise with regional team to localize and implement new Ethics and Integrity policies, that is in align with local laws and regulation
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a renowned university, preferable majoring in Law
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in People Policies / Industrial Relation / Employee Relation / Compliance.
• Knowledge of local Indonesia labor law and other related government policies
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Critical thinking, able to derive conclusions from information given
• Strong problem solving skills
