JOB DESCRIPTION
- Vendor management
Collaborate with Vendor about location etc, including permit or any other term and condition might be needed
- Logistics Management
Proficiency in managing event logistics including inventory, delivery, and reception of goods at the event venue efficiently
- Stock Management
Stock monitoring including In & out stock, reporting slow moving and auditing stock
- Strategic Planning
Ability to strategically plan in detail to ensure the success of events from inception to completion.
- Staff Management and Training
Skills in recruiting, managing, and training staff such as event personnel (SPG/SPB) and providing product knowledge training for their roles in events.
- Risk Management and Adaptability
Ability to manage risks and have contingency plans to address potential issues that may arise during event execution.
- Creativity and Design
Capability to develop creative concepts reflecting brand identity and design visually compelling elements for events.
- Interpersonal Relationships
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, event venues, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Marketing and Promotion
Proficiency in managing marketing and promotional activities to generate interest and invite attendees, as well as managing inventory during events, including promoting slow-moving items.
- Technical Skills Related to Events (IT, Electricity, Construction)
Good understanding of technical aspects related to events such as basic IT support and knowledge of booth construction.
