Responsibilities:
- Detail-oriented with a mature personality
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to the company
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Coordinate schedules, handling incoming emails and letters
- Lead point of contact for projects & communication documents
- Liaised with relevant suppliers and vendors.
- Understand HR, Purchasing, and Accounting processes.
- Develop professional networks/relations and expand media relations and communications.
- Work on Marketing Plan and Press communication and/or media relations.
- Seek opportunities for partnerships and Projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Fluent in English
- Prefer to work with IOS system, Adaptable/Quick learner
- Software Proficiency: G-suite, CRM Software, Canva, InDesign
