Executive Operations Assistant - Hospitality

Our hospitality company consists of various brands; 

Playgrounds Wave Lodge, Asian Pantry, Thai Pantry, Kai Koa, Nusa Management Solutions. Hotel, restaurants, boat & hospitality consulting company. 

The position will be based in Nusa Lembongan with weekly travel required to Sanur, Bali  

We are looking for an Executive Operations Assistant to help in all aspects of the businesses.

• Complete reporting for all of the businesses
• Be confident to follow up on tasks with all team leaders and management across the businesses
• Report directly to the Directors and Owners 
• Requires eye and attention to detail for creative and design work, be able to oversee photoshoots
• Be able to handle a wide range of tasks from sourcing, coordinating schedules, coordinating meetings, reservations, ensure deadlines are met.
• Be willing to step into any operations for the businesses if required.
• Requires excellent initiative, experienced administration skills
• Marketing & Sales/Interior design work, personal assistant experience is helpful.
