Job Description
The ideal candidate is a seasoned chef with a background in fine dining. You will run an efficient kitchen by consistently looking to improve the menu, producing quality food, and working closely with restaurant managers in the overall food and beverage operations of the outlet.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Culinary Education/Food Production/Hotelier /Food Technology
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Specialty in Asian, Szchuan)
- Creative and innovative is a must.
- Knowledge of product development processes
- Good communication skills, have a high discipline and able to work in teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Willing to have high frequency of business trip.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Innovative and creative with new ideas for new food concept.
- Monitor and maintain consistency of performance standards, quality and taste of food menu as well as taking corrective action as necessary.
- Continuously able to develop new food recipes.
- Making standard recipe and food costing
- Helps compile kitchen layouts and organizes the operation of opening new outlet, providing training to staff especially kitchen staff in processing product.
- Responsible for maintaining the quality and taste of food.
- Responsible for technical product testing, analysis and validation on new products as well as analyzing and correcting.
