Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree with experience In Food Production & Hospitality will preferable
- More than 3-5 year’s experiences as Head Chef or Executive Chef
- Has Experience in Mine, Oil and Gas Camp Catering Company an advantage
- Excellent English language spoken as well as written
- Has experience handle > 10000 POB
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and analyzed critically
- Service oriented, positive attitude, and adaptive to changes
- Problem Solving in the catering services area
- Understand food safety & HSE
Responsibilities:
- Organize, supervise, coordinate, and control operational activities in the kitchen and ensure the quality, quality and performance of subordinates can achieve client satisfaction and in accordance with the standards set by the company
- Making work schedules for kitchen employees (cooks and stewards)
- Ensure menu planning goes according to plan
- Supervise the food production process according to recipe standards
- Supervise the course of food service and food presentation
- Supervise the food packing process until ready to be distributed
