As Executive Housekeeperyou are required to:
- Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the entire resort area.
- Ensure that rooms are made as per company standards.
- Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen, and uniforms.
- Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for linen, uniform and fixed assets.
- Coordinating the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms and pulic areas.
- Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests.
- Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.
- Develop and implement Housekeeping sytems and prcedures.
- Prepare reports for management information.
- Assist the Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping and Maintenance.
- Planned, controlled, and supervised Horcultural activities.
- Attending and resolving guest complaints.
- Daily briefing of room and maintenance team.
- Verifies employees understand expectations and parameters.
- Participates in the development and implementation of corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction.
- Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Strives to improve service performance.
- Schedules employees to business demands and for tracks employee time and attendance.
