We are currently seeking a passionate & experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our dedicated Housekeeping Team and reports directly to Director of Rooms.
As our next Executive Housekeeper, you will:
- Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the property
- Ensure that rooms suites and villas are made as per the hotel standards
- Report any maintenance issues discovered in rooms/public areas inspections
- Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies and linen
- Apply people management skills, such as training, rostering and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement operating procedures and standards
- Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping teams
- Inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met
- Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a timings/budget
- Ensure a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained
- Promptly attending and resolving guest complaints
- Handle administrative tasks – linen/guest supply ordering
- Be a driven problem solver with a creative approach to overcoming sticky situations
- Have comprehensive computer skills to support your administrative tasks
- Possess a strong understanding of manual handling and safe work practices
