Executive Housekeeper

We are currently seeking a passionate & experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our dedicated Housekeeping Team and reports directly to Director of Rooms.

As our next Executive Housekeeper, you will:

• Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the property
• Ensure that rooms suites and villas are made as per the hotel standards
• Report any maintenance issues discovered in rooms/public areas inspections
• Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies and linen
• Apply people management skills, such as training, rostering and evaluating performance
• Develop and implement operating procedures and standards
• Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping teams
• Inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met
• Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a timings/budget
• Ensure a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained
• Promptly attending and resolving guest complaints
• Handle administrative tasks – linen/guest supply ordering
• Be a driven problem solver with a creative approach to overcoming sticky situations
• Have comprehensive computer skills to support your administrative tasks
• Possess a strong understanding of manual handling and safe work practices
