Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's daily schedule & travel arrangement
  • Handle duties expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on tasks to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Perform clerical duties for Director (in charge for Minutes of Meeting)
  • Compile reports, prepare presentation material, correspondence.
  • Prepare analysis for budget plan. Monitor and ensures budget usage and budget proposal processes delivered in time according to plan.
  • Maintain excellent communication with related external parties and internal team members
  • Coordinate events for formal & informal activity 
  • Support the Director's activities as requested

Requirements :

  • Min. Diploma from reputable Academy (Diploma from secretary would be preferable).
  • Minimum 10 years experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant with 5 years exposure support Director level.
  • Proficient in MS Office is a must (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Having excellent office clerical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced.
  • Fluent in English is a must
