Export And Sea Freight Import Operation Staff

Summary Position : 

• Manage the goods flow from source/supplier to end user efficiently.
• Work with SKF Factory to supply correct item and quantity, preparing related documentation and tracking of goods until arrival in Indonesia. 

Responsibilities : 

• To define and deploy transportation routes and modes (sea/road/air) through optimized operations, infrastructure from Supplier to the Customer.
• Review shipping documents and customs documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin and customs declaration.
• Liaise with the Finance team to coordinate and process duty payments for imported goods, ensuring payment timely.
• Collaborate with customs brokers to facilitate the customs exercise process for both Export and import activities.
• To define processes, solutions and standards for Demand Chain and its operational execution in the SKF Supply Chain Network 

Requirements : 

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 year experience in Logistics, Warehousing or Supply Chain
• Knowledge and experience in custom process is a must
• Experience in managing 3 PL – warehousing, distribution
• Proficiency in spoken and written in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience and knowledge of ERP is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and all levels of the organization
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Strong analytical skills, data driven and complex problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in a matrix organization with remote teams
