Requirement:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree with experience In Food Production & Hospitality will be preferable.
- More than 3-5 year’s experiences as F&B Manager / Catering Manager.
- Has Experience in Mining or Oil and Gas Camp Catering Company is an advantage.
- Good English language spoken as well as written.
- Has experience handle > 10000 POB.
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and analysis critically.
- Service oriented, positive attitude, and adaptive to changes.Problem Solving in the catering services area.Understand Food Safety & HSE.
- Able to handle complaints from users or clients.
- Able to communicate properly and correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Proposing operational strategies and policies for the Catering Division, which are needed to achieve the targets that have been set to the Account Director
- Proposing targets and data analysis to create budgets and work program priorities.
- Create programs to meet division targets and carry out supervision over strategic and performance management.
- Develop strategies to maintain good relationships with existing customers in the Catering Division.
- Monitor customer needs and feedback to achieve customer satisfaction / Catering KPIs.
- Ensure the implementation of SMKP, HSE, Food Safety and Company management systems in the Catering Division.
- Monitor customer complaint feedback so that it is resolved quickly and well.
- Create Planning Menu and Material Request.
- Control operational activities & costs so that they run according to the budget set by the catering division.
- Carrying out efficiency projects in each process in the division and monitoring their realization.
- Develop effective and efficient manpower planning (MPP) requirements for catering services.
- Monitor employee work evaluations in catering services to find employees who can be categorized as Talent.
- Develop employee development programs to form a talent pool.
