Samara Lombok is seeking a motivated HSE Manager to oversees HSE policies, ensure compliance and promote a safe work environment. The position will be based in Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Job Description:
- Develop HSE objectives, work plans, and budgets for short and long terms.
- Maintain and improve our HSE management system, ensuring it meets regulations and aligns with company strategy.
- Regularly update regulatory and standards registers to stay compliant.
- Execute HSE compliance programs to prevent workplace incidents and environmental damage.
- Implement HSE training and communication programs for all stakeholders.
- Establish an Emergency Response Preparedness program, including training and resources.
- Conduct thorough incident investigations and develop preventive actions.
- Implement HSE inspection programs to identify and address non-conformances.
- Lead HSE internal audits to ensure our system is effective.
- Generate and present regular HSE reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in construction and land development safety management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Certifications in Basic Fire, First Aid, HIRA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 (including Internal Auditor), and SMK3 PP 50/2012 are preferred
- Possession of a K3 Construction Certificate or K3 General Certificate is mandatory.
- Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed safety records.
- Familiarity with company project operations.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating confidence, motivation, and independence.
