Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the maintenance and improvement of the operational facilities owned by the company's client
- Manage a team of technicians, and support staff to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal & external parties including vendors to execute repair, renovation, and construction projects if needed.
- Oversee the procurement of supplies, equipment, and services necessary for facility maintenance and operations.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to facility management, safety, and environmental protection.
- Implement sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact and reduce operational costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management
- Proven expertise in building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
