Job Description:
1. Supervise maintenance tasks and technicians.
2. Coordinate site inspections, report preparation, and quality control procedures.
3. Ensure adherence to budget targets and manage maintenance activities.
4. Proactively address issues and present weekly reports to management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years of facility management / project management experience, preferably with some managerial background.
2. Experience in maintaining lifestyle business is a plus
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage budgets and solve problems effectively.
5. Proficient in report generation and analysis.
