Factory Manager is responsible for developing and implementing efficient operational strategies for production, production support, and PPIC to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability.Focus on cost reduction through production process optimization, waste management, and continuous improvement.Oversee production and waste management in line with overall operational goals and supervise all factory operations.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement efficient operational strategies to achieve production targets and optimize efficiency.• Oversee production management, production support, and PPIC to ensure smooth operations.• Lead the team in developing sustainable improvement initiatives and cost reduction through waste management.• Supervise PPIC Manager, Production Manager, and Production Support Manager in planning, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of operational strategies.• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.• Establish policies, standards, and operational procedures consistent with company goals.• Oversee and implement training and development programs for the operational team.• Coordinate with other departments such as Finance and Concept & Quality to maintain efficient operational integration.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.• Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in operational management, preferably in the FMCG industry.• Strong leadership skills in leading a team.• Good verbal and written communication skills with various stakeholders in the company.• Analytical and strategic ability to identify improvement opportunities and cost reductions.• In-depth knowledge of waste management and sustainability practices.• Experience in designing and implementing successful operational strategies.• Ability to identify problems, find creative solutions, and take appropriate action to address challenges in operations.
