Job Descriptions :
- Provide information and communicate Faculty Member policy / regulation and other Faculty Member related decisions for all respective parties
- Acts as a liaison for inquiries regarding Faculty Member policies and procedures to related area / respective person (questions, general inquiries, request)
- Provide consultative solution for all Faculty Members’ request or complaints
- Process documents and forms necessary for the implementation of various Faculty Member-related policies, programs, and plans (e.
g.Faculty Member’s children scholarship request,Subject Content Specialist recruitment process, medical benefit registration and reimbursement)
- Keep track and update Faculty Member data updates that are not related to Payroll (e.g. Personal Data, Certifications, Family, Job Experiences)
- Distribute and provide information related to Faculty Member processes and activities
- Administer and record Faculty Member staffing activities (e.g. leave request, and re-active request)
- Process business trip arrangement for Faculty Member (in coordination to related parties)
- Prepare reports regarding Faculty Member staffing activities
- Maintain all necessary records and file to support review / audit
- Provide administrative information and process regarding various Faculty Member activities and processes
- Maintain and update various records and documentation in Faculty Member Relations area
- Handle details of meeting / communication session arrangements for Faculty Member relations area
Management Support Activities :
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct
Supervisor
Education Requirement :
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure / Experience :
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
