Field Marketing Executive In Mataram

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from any major
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, Field Marketing, event planning, and/or marketing space in FMCG / Tobacco industry
• Proficiency in trade & Field Marketing business process across channels
• Proven track record of supervising direct / indirect team members, specifically for merchandising process
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

Responsibilities:

• Conduct monitoring on the overall programs creation, implementation and effectiveness in meeting business objective
• Develop, analyze and evaluate consolidated post programs evaluation report to propose relevant action steps and continuous improvement.
• Provide area market competitiveness and opportunities recommendation to establish demand creation programs to aligned with marketing & sales objectives
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the implementation of trade & Field Marketing initiatives to build alignment between sales KPI and marketing objectives
• Willing to be placed in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara
