Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, Field Marketing, event planning, and/or marketing space in FMCG / Tobacco industry
- Proficiency in trade & Field Marketing business process across channels
- Proven track record of supervising direct / indirect team members, specifically for merchandising process
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Responsibilities:
- Conduct monitoring on the overall programs creation, implementation and effectiveness in meeting business objective
- Develop, analyze and evaluate consolidated post programs evaluation report to propose relevant action steps and continuous improvement.
- Provide area market competitiveness and opportunities recommendation to establish demand creation programs to aligned with marketing & sales objectives
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the implementation of trade & Field Marketing initiatives to build alignment between sales KPI and marketing objectives
- Willing to be placed in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara
