- Visit customer locations to install and service laser products.
- Conduct training sessions and offer technical assistance to customers.
- Report any discrepancies, unresolved issues, or recurring problems to the headquarters.
- Interpret technical documentation, schematics, and blueprints to apply them effectively in field support.
- Offer consistent feedback to R&D, Engineering, and Production departments.
- Precisely identify system issues based on field information, consolidate the data, and report problems to the relevant teams.
- Collaborate with other Field Service Engineers as instructed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in handling technical support for mechatronics / control system / laser products
- Has understanding of DC (Dirrect Current)
- Proficient in interpreting electrical schematics.
- Additional advantage if skilled in stripping, cleaving, and splicing optical fibers.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3 years in similar Field Service roles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills in electronics/electrical domains.
- Capable of working independently in a professional setting
