Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Ruang Lingkup (Position Scope):
- Memastikan perusahaan mematuhi undang-undang serta mempertahankan posisi keuangan yang sehat seiring dengan pertumbuhan bisnis (Ensure the company in compliance with statutory requirements and well maintained in healthy financial position with business growth)
- Menetapkan sistem dan kebijakan keuangan yang efektif, serta memantau proses akuntansi dan pengendalian biaya (Establish effective financial system and policy, and monitoring accounting & cost control processes)
2. Tugas dan Tanggungjawab / Tugas Utama (Tasks and Responsibilities / Main Activities)
- Mengarahkan dan mengelola program keuangan dan sistem informasi pendukung bisnis, termasuk penganggaran, penerimaan pendapatan, pengeluaran dana, dan konservasi aset. (Directs and manages the financial programs and supporting information systems of the business, to include budgeting, receipt of revenue, expenditure of funds, and conservation of assets.)
- Memastikan pelaporan keuangan bulanan tepat waktu ke head office (Ensure the timely reporting of monthly financial results and rolling forecasts to the head office)
- Mengawasi persetujuan dan pemrosesan dokumen pendapatan, pengeluaran dan pengendalian posisi, anggaran departemen, dan pemeliharaan akun dan buku besar, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dan kebijakan pemerintah yang sesuai, dan memastikan pemeliharaan pengamanan pengendalian internal yang tepat. (Oversees the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure and position control documents, department budgets, and the maintenance of accounts and ledgers, ensuring compliance with appropriate government regulations and policies, and ensuring maintenance of appropriate internal control safeguards)
- Menetapkan dan memelihara sistem pencatatan keuangan sesuai dengan standar audit dan prinsip akuntansi yang berlaku umum. (Establishes and maintains financial records systems in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and accounting principles.)
- Mengkoordinasikan penyusunan laporan keuangan, laporan keuangan, analisis khusus, dan laporan informasi; menyajikan rekomendasi untuk perubahan program dan fiskal kepada manajemen. (Coordinates the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports; presents recommendations for programmatic and fiscal changes to management.)
- Menetapkan dan menerapkan tujuan, sasaran, kebijakan, dan prosedur operasional organisasi jangka pendek dan jangka panjang; memantau dan mengevaluasi efektivitas operasional; dampak perubahan yang diperlukan untuk perbaikan. (Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness; effects changes required for improvement.)
- Mengembangkan dan mengarahkan pelaksanaan rencana, proyek, program, dan sistem bisnis dan/atau operasional strategis, sesuai dengan tujuan bisnis. (Develops and directs the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems, as appropriate to the objectives of the business.)
- Melakukan berbagai tugas terkait pekerjaan yang ditugaskan dan bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh FAT Team. (Perform various tasks related to assigned work and be responsible for the work carried out by the FAT Team)
- Mendukung penerapan ISO14001, ISO 9001, K3 dan 5R (Supports the implementation of ISO14001, ISO 9001, K3 and 5R)
3. Kriteria Utama / Syarat Pendidikan dan Pengalaman (Key Selection Criteria / Education and Experience Requirements):
- Degree in Accountancy or Professional qualification
- Age maximum 40 years
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing at same field
- High integrity, analytical, good interpersonal skills, strong business and high level of drive
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Indonesian and English. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
