Manager Accounting & Tax

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring task is performed correctly by accounting supervisor and staff
• Continuously improve accounting processes to increase team performance and reducing accounting error
• Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested
• Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities
• Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule
• Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
• Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• A minimum of three years experience as finance, accounting and tax manager
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Having good leadership, integration, analytic and conceptual thinking
• Knowledge of tax software (e-SPT, e-Faktur & e-filling) and Ms Office software (especially Ms Excel formula such as vlookup, pivot, if function, etc)
• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns, such as PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 25 & employee tax
• Willing to be placed in Kab. Bandung Barat & Kab. Bandung
