Job Responsibilities
- Plan and develop policies and management systems for Finance & Accounting
- Prepare, create, review, monitor and manage budgets
- Coordinate and carry out financial planning and analysis
- Coordinate and control the implementation of accounting functions in the company
- Plan, coordinate and control the company's cash flow, account balances, receivables and payables
- Calculate the Salary
- Keep company documents Actuary, Insurance, etc
- Manage accounting system properly & manage corporate tax matters properly
- Producing financial reports and reporting to management and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as Finance & Accounting Manager
- Experience in any financial role
- Understand budgeting, short and long terms
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations especially for restaurants & manufacture
- Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Interpersonal relationship skills
- Willing to be placed at Kediri
