Finance Accounting Manager (Palm Oil - Morowali Sulawesi)

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 20 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with 10 years experience in Palm Oil Plantation Industry.
• Strong and proven experience specialized in Palm Oil Plantation Industry.
• Experience in monitoring Finance, Accounting, Tax and Purchasing.
• Able to developing financial strategy, reduce risk, and opportunity forecasting.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company
• Prepare regular budget consolidation.
• Able to do cash flow management.
• Able to Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business.
• Able to ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
• Independent and able to work under pressure with organized and analytical.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Personnel competency: leadership, self starter and team work person
• Ability to work optimally well as honest in work
• Having good commitment and integrity
• Willing to work at Palm Oil Plantation Site : MOROWALI Sulwesi Tengah
