Job Descriptions:
- Help Finance & Accounting Manager to manage and coordinate all financial and accounting activities.
- Provide financial reports to management accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage and ensure all accounting and financial matters are in accordance with company policies and related regulations.
- Monitor and report cash flow - recording and reviewing cash receipts and payments and small bank reconciliations.
- Develop best practices to improve the performance and productivity of the finance and accounting teams.
- Accurately register all financial transactions for future reference.
- Perform regular account reconciliation activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Proficient in using Accurate, e-Faktur, and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, good attitude, and strong analytical skills.
- Know the general tax regulations.
