Senior Staff Finance Accounting Tax

Responsibilities:

• Candidate must understand principles of finance, accounting & all of the taxes for a company
• Reconcile account payable & account receivable
• Reconcile all GL accounts on a monthly basis
• Close monthly & yearly financial statements
• Review & Check daily journal transactions (reconcile bank daily)
• Prepare forecast & budget
• Manage cashflow

Requirements:

• Proficient with PPH 21,22,23,25,29,4(2),PPN, eSPT calculations
• Familiar with Accurate Accounting Software
• Check daily bookeeping & journal for all bank accounts and transactions
• Do adjustment entries at the end of the month before monthly closing
• Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills, need to know how to reconcile raw data fast
• Need to know how to use complex Microsoft Excel formula (VLOOKUP, IF, OR, PIVOT TABLE, ETC)
• Neat and tidy in documentations & filing
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): tax, brevet A, brevet B, brevet C, general accounting, advanced excel
