Finance & Accounting Staff

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor Degree of Accounting/ Finance
2. Having minimum of 2 years experiences in accounting, finance and tax field
3. Have the ability of : Account, Finance, Tax detail, proficient in  Microsoft Office and Accounting System
4. Fluent in English (Written and Verbal communication)

Responsibilities :

1. Provide accounting & administrative services, including journal entries, Accountant in AR & AP and other reporting
2. Provide efficient, timely and accurate payment to supplier and vendor
3. Prepare goods and service tax reports and submission to the authorities on a timely basis
4. Prepare invoices and monitor collections
5. Prepare Bank Reconciliation and monitor petty cash float
6. Prepare annual forecast & budgeting exercise and financial audit process
7. Provide analysis and reporting to support sales and business development activities
8. Process business related claims and reimbursement to employees
9. Handle all matters pertaining to employee insurance and claims, road tax, permits and ensure the renewals are done on a timely basis without lapses.
